Questions
Good questions, plain answers.
Do I need professional photos?
No. If you have a photo of yourself, we'll use it for your About section; a phone photo in good light is fine. For everything else we can create calm, fitting images for you, like the ones in the examples.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Send us the address and we'll start from what you have. Your domain can stay with your current provider; we just point it at the new site.
Do I have to use Easeful to have the website?
The website comes with Easeful, so your prices and testimonials stay in one place. Easeful is free for one client, and $19 a month for up to 10.
How long does it take?
Your first version arrives in about a week after you send your answers. Most sites go live within two weeks.
What if I want something changed later?
Ask any time. Small edits are included, always.
What happens if I leave?
Your web address is yours, and we hand it over. If you leave within 30 days, you get your $199 back, less what your address cost us (about $20) if it's already registered.
